Answer: I have been a chef for 23 years. 18 of which in California.

Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer: A neighbor when I was growing up in Baltimore was a chef and first introduced me to the business.

Answer: The challenge of business and the opportunity to change and adapt to both customer and the product >
Question: When you’re not in the kitchen what are you doing?
Answer: I spend my time with my wife of 20 years and our three children.

Answer: Every restaurant is slightly different but it always surrounds the freshest seafood prepared in season with inspiring products
