Answer: My Grandmother, Dolly Rossi & my Mom Linda
Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer: Coming early in the morning firing up the burners not knowing what the day will bring. I enjoy teaching and the team atmosphere of restaurants and creating food people enjoy.

Answer: Playing with my two sons Maddox & Luca

Question: Your last meal on Earth would be??
Answer: Colorado Lamb; Garrotxa Cheese and a glass of Château Lafite-Rothschilds from any year.
