Answer: 10 years (our 10 anniversary is in March)
Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer: I grew up in the New York restaurant industry surrounded by professional Chefs that convinced me to enroll in The C.I.A.
Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer: the satisfaction from my guests enjoying my food

Answer: spending time with my Wife, 3 daughters and Big dumb Lab
