Answer: Writing new menus or playing with my 2 children.

Answer: Our signature dish: Rigatoni De La Farma, which main components are chicken and mushrooms in a soy mascapone cream sauce.

Answer: Medium Rare Filet Mignon, stuffed with sausage and bacon, Fresh asparagus with gorgonzola cream sauce. Or Pizza loaded with pepperoni, italian sausage and caramelized onions.
