Question: How long have you been a chef?
Answer: I’ve been cooking since I can remember, professionally for about 6 years.
Question: How long have you been at this restaurant?
Answer: Since opening, and with the sbe Restaurant Group for 2 years.
Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer: My inspiration comes from my father and mother, who instilled their creativity, work ethic, and drive in me.
Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer: Never having any down time.
Question: When you’re not in the kitchen what are you doing?
Answer: I always try to eat at different restaurants and try new food.
Question: What is your most popular dish?
Answer: Everyone loves the Kobe Ribeye.
Question: Your last meal on Earth would be??
Answer: Homemade meatloaf! I love simple food.

Answer: Our signatures, of course. Being able to have all of our signature items at one time is a great experience.
