Answer: 4 Months 

Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer:I have always had a passion for food since i was a little kid in my Grandmothers kitchen

Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer:  FOOD FIRE AND KNIVES, I also enjoy teaching cooks and other people about new ways to view food

Question: When you're not in the kitchen what are you doing?
Answer: Riding my street bike with my friends

Question: What is your most popular dish?
Answer:  Pan roasted Diver Scallops, Bacon potato rissotto, lobster sauce, and a garlic emulsion

Question: Your last meal on Earth would be??
Answer:  Fried Mozzarella, and home made Lasagna from Da Bianca Trattoria

Question: What's your favorite item on the Restaurant Week Menu?
Answer:  Beef Stroganoff, fettuccine, truffle chive sour cream!
