Question:
How long have you been a chef?
Answer: I have been cooking professionally for 6 years

Question: How long have you been at this restaurant?
Answer: I worked at 320 Main for a short time in 2011 and was recently brought on as Head Chef at the end of 2012

Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer: I got a part-time job in my twin sister’s kitchen as a prep cook, she was the Executive Sous Chef. When I saw all the behind the scene magic, I was inspired to start cooking.

Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer: Being able to make people happy through food, it makes me happy to be a part of their special events.

Question: When you’re not in the kitchen what are you doing?
Answer: Doing research and playing around in my home kitchen.

Question: What is your most popular dish?
Answer: There are two, my Carrot Cake and our Spicy Seafood Pasta

Question: Your last meal on Earth would be??
Answer: Sashimi appetizer, Fried Chicken and mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and for dessert, cherry cheesecake.

Question: What's your favorite item on the Restaurant Week Menu?
Answer: I would order the Hanger Steak rare, add the Lobster Tail, Jumbo Shrimp & Bone Marrow and ask the Chef if she would add lobster mashed potatoes. To finish I would have the Fried PB&J.
