Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer: Passion for sharing healthy lifestyle in a delicious way with people in need of vibrant health.
 
Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer: I love the nurturing aspect of what food represents- everything from the experience of first seeing an eye-catching dish through the experience of enjoying or savoring bites of delicious cuisine that has been intentionally prepared with your health in mind as well as minting the romance of the dining experience.
 
Question: When you’re not in the kitchen what are you doing?
Answer: Ha, teaching people how to create incredible dishes in their kitchens! Also I have been enjoying my role as a mother for my young family, there is nothing better than the process of discovery with a child.
 
Question: What is your most popular dish?
Answer: Mole Enchiladas
 
Question: Your last meal on Earth would be??
Answer: A really delicious kale salad- might sound strange but it makes me feel so good head to toe, I would want my last moments on earth to be full of clarity, purpose and love- a balanced delicious kale salad represents that for me on a plate!

Answer: CA Pear and Walnut Salad- Yum!! Good for the heart, body and the brain- (ever notice how much a walnut looks like a brain =)?)
